TOo many SPECIAL OCCASIONS!!!!!
Gawd.
Like, I've been busy all week doing 50 billion god forsaken projects, I have never WORKED THAT MUCH IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. No, they aren't school projects silly! I only work this hard on things I LIKE to do, =P So yeah, first part of the week was totally a Photoshop frenzy, I coloured some pictures and I made a new "actual decent-looking" sprite for LF2, then I downloaded 50 bazillion characters and stuff, most of themw ere crappy, but I did like Godhc and Tiger, despite Tiger was kind of screwed up. I also downloaded a bunch of backgrounds too...they look niiiiiice.
Wait, that's basically playing, well I worked my ass off trying to recode some parts because they were SCREWED up! I knew nothing of Data-changing then, but I studied the code and it seemed partially understandable.
I also downloaded 5 more versions. I got back Reinforced LF2, LF2 Kate, and LF2 Ice and Fire. I also got the two new ones, Advanced and Expansion. LF2 Ice and Fire has to be my favourite so far, I don't know why, but I just love Rudolf's KO' attack, where I kill myself, my friends, and my enemies, everybody DIES! It's SO fun and destructive and health sucking!
Then there's Expansion, nothing particularly interesting about it except one character, Blitz! Blitz looks like Deep, but his shirt somehow goes over his chin and makes him look super-cute, =D His attacks are very awesome as well. All combo-ish. Advanced has team attacks, which is awesomely awesome, I think. I guess the most annoying character I've encountered was "Louis-AS" he is SO cheap, >> God, whoever created him has no brains, that giant sword pierces EVERYTHING, it's SO hard to avoid, I liked Louis's trident better.
As for R-LF2 and LF2-Kate, I still remember the moves, that's good.
So AFTER the painstakingly data-changing, I started looking at Flash Tutorials and yeah, I just looked at the "Getting Started" ones, but I don't think I learned a thing from them, the ONLY thing I learned and NEEDED to learn was one simple sentence.
"You can't do anything without keyframing"
And viola, animations! If someone was teaching me (Cheese tried before, =P) That was basically all she had to say for me to understand.
I keep screwing up buttons though, like "Play" buttons and replay and stuff, don't know why, that's why my movies have yet to have those, also I'm trying to learn preloaders. I listened to a bunch of sound lopps at Flashkit yesterday, for flash movies and stuff, some sounded great, others were..."what the heck is that sound?!?! 'tis killing me EARS!!!!"
I've been waking up extra early to watch Beyblade lately, since I just found out that V FORCE IS FAR MORE ENTERTAINING THAN G REV! V force focuses on the bad guys a tad bit more than G Rev, the point is, they put personal problems with the bad guys, like Zeo's dad is Zagart, or Kane trying to get out of the cyber-bit beasts and Rei and Salima's confrontation, Ozuma's tough training to capture the 4 bit-beasts for his mission, so what's in G Rev? Well, where the hell did Barthez battalion come from? How did Barthez get them to cheat and everything? Where the hell did Brooklyn come from and how did he go crazy and become so skilled?!?! They showed Zeo's past, "he's a robot" They showed Ozuma's past, "He trained like crazy" Even Kane the the others have details about where they were before, "All around the world!"
People are wrong when they say G Rev has a good storyline, it doesn't. It's just "Teammates leave, Takao whines for 20 episodes and has problems for 30 episodes" Then "Takao whines, Kai leaves to join BEGA" then "Takao whines, wants Kai back, wants Kai to beat brooklyn and believes in him" Then the climatic final battle! "Takao whines about life and helps Brooklyn!!!" The only reason it's so over-estimated is because it has more action and stuff. Also, when Kai got hurt battling Brooklyn, that's basically a rip-off from Season One's Rei Vs. Bryan, I mean, it was original and entertaining the first time, but they did it again in V Force, with kai (Kai's first time, against that wind dude)
So yeah, you think there'd be enough, or that someone else other than Kai and Rei would experience it (coughMaxcough) but noooo, they do it AGAIN on Yuriy, and Kai TWICE, then TAKAO, TOo MANY TIMES!!! They decided to do it on the important or HOT characters, which screws this up. See? Many reasons why G Rev is bad without saying "Tyka".
What they focuses on was action, they believed more people will enjoy it with more action, but in Japan, G Rev had very low ratings. The true good battles were the ones with a point. The only good thing I can say about G Rev has to be Moses, he has a point to fight, he has a history and a loving sister, he has personal problems! Brooklyn just came from nowhere to fill in the "bad guy boss" gap and they decided to make him coller by making him look hot and then make him have this great personality.
Right, erm, something else, OH! Battle B Daman Review, there IS none, I missed the episodes last week, slept in then forgot at 2:30, ah well....
I shall continue to learn Flash!! Flash first, than game programming, because you can make movies AND games with flash, how cool is that?
Today is my brother's birthday and we're going to some restaurant tonight. Huh...
Nothing else to say, that's all from here!
