A favour to ask of you...

I daydreamed this complete plot all of today, and I'm very proud of it. (It's like the time I mentioned a story about that daughter and father....which I've told Lefty once, XP)
If you could so kindly maybe read it...it's a little long but I really want to see if what I thought up is actually original, or if I didn't read enough stories or something. (Which I am obviously guilty of, lawl) Maybe it's similar with something, but I think it has at least something in it original.
And perhaps comment, nice comments will help me. I like these things. XP
Yes, that is all. Continue on with your life. XP

PRELUDE TO THIS STORY I DAYDREAMED UP:
Two countries are in war with each other, murder is a common thing between them.
Spies are often used.
One spy inflitrates the first Kingdom, called the Crimson Kingdom. Her job is to
live with a family as if she were an exchange student and to learn of the land's
secrets.
During her time at her enemy country, she ended up befriending a man who worked
in a tavern. They traded stories, and she grew so attached to the man she ended
up accidentally admitting that she was a spy, but she revealed to him that because
of his great kindness she wanted to stop being a spy and settle down in the city
they were in. The man's kindness continued, and he decided to keep the fact that
she was a former spy a secret.
Later on, the family she lived with ended up in poverty after the greedy father
gambled it all away. This led to great depression, and because the man of the
house usually did not want to live with the life of watching his family live
out such a horrible life, killed the rest of them, except the former spy, who
had grown attached to the family, killed the father, and was caught.
While murder obviously was an illegal act, it was even more shunned if the accused
was a woman, while the victim a man, especially if the man was the head of the
house. It was decided that the former spy would be executed in a week. Before then,
the kingdom soon learned that she was the spy they were looking for, and the king's
men searched out all those who managed to keep such a fugitive a secret which they
had been struggling with to find. It was impossible for such a spy to avoid being
seen so fast, so there must've been traitors in the country.
The kind man working in the tavern was found to be guilty of such treason, and was
immediately executed by gunfire. Meanwhile, his only family left, his daughter,
returned from her errands to find her father dead. She found a strange note written
by his late father.
"Release the female prisoner to Sanguine Kingdom."
Sanguine Kingdom was the country they were in war with. The daughter went to the
prison to complete his last wish, and found only one female prisoner there, the spy.
THE STORY STARTS HERE:
The spy has been imprisoned for three days, and in four days would be executed.
Lack of any proper food or water as left her weak, and when she sees a strange
spirit within her cell, feels that it is a hallucination. After a while she befriends
said hallucination. She soon learns the spirit was once a prisoner here, and died
in the cell before her freedom (she was only to be held there for a few days) because
of the cruelty of the guards. The spy is glad to at least have company, even if it
were merely an hallucination, before she dies. She then meets the daughter of that
kind tavern man, who in determination to fufill her father's last wishes, plots
a plan to free the spy.
She was to light the prison on fire, scaring off any guards. The fire would be
contained for a while, and that is the time she would run in "pretending her little
brother ran in because he was fascinated by bright things" and would grab the
keys to free the prisoner. After the guards had lit out the fire, she would be
completely gone with the prisoner.
Afterwards it is a journey throughout the country towards the border. Because the
spy was greatly infamous in the land, she had to either go at night or pretend
the spy was actually her prisoner, and that she was taking it to the nearest
detention centre. The daughter and the spy always had feuds, hating each other.
The daughter because the spy was in fact...a spy, and to top it off, a killer. The
spy detested the daughter for her traditional views like "killing your family is
okay if you're poor" or "men are definitely superior to women." But they managed
because the daughter wanted to do this for her late father, who she loved very
much. (Maybe a little too much)
During the journey, the spy learns about death, and how the spirit was outraged
when she learned that the spy had accepted it so easily. During such journey the
spirit would bring back the meaning to life to the spy, explaining that she's
lucky she isn't dead. (OMG GREAT CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT) Every night the daughter
would look up to the stars, wondering why on earth her father would wish for this
as the last thing he wanted before death, and if there was any hope left.
They soon end up bumping into a farmer, who lived off the kingdom or city, or
even a village because she thought the whole war and people itself were stupid.
She enjoyed her secluded life. When the king's men inflitrated her farm (the
daughter and spy had passed it) looking for where the spy went, they ended up
destroying the whole farm. This caused the farmer to also hunt the spy down, for
indirectly destroying her happiness from stupidity. When she reaches the spy and
daughter, the spy, after learning greatly from the wise spirit, tries to defend
herself because there was more meaning to life than trying to get revenge. (In
which she was guilty of) After great reluctancy and other attempts of murder,
the farmer finds no point in life after her farm is destroyed, and is sucked
into the mission to bring the spy to Sanguine Kingdom, somehow touched with
the stupidity of the daughter's story. ("Well I suppose I'll try this "stupid"
life out, since my own life was stupidly ruined.") She joins them.
As they continue on, they are found by the king's men, and do whatever they can
(they are not great fighters, only the daughter, who has an amazing shot with
guns, could do anything) to escape. The farmer becomes a great technological
asset to the rest of them (how oddly ironic), as they continued their way, injured.
She ends up leading them to a peaceful isolated town that people don't know much
about.
They end up in the small town, within an inn. There the daughter sees her long lost
childhood friend, who was taken away by the king's men because she had a strange
power to be able to distinguish any disease, and possibly find a cure, or heal
any moderate wound, which would be a valuable asset to the war. Once they learned
of her great fear of blood, they abandoned her near the small town to die, but she
was found by the people of that peaceful town and lived there since. After learning
this, the farmer notes that she would be an excellent addition to their stupid journey,
in which the daughter ironically replies that involving her in something so dangerous
is stupid. The spy agrees because "this isn't goddamned saving the world, this is just
you doing something seemingly pointless your dad said." To this the spirit is
disappointed and thought the spy had learned something about life.
So they leave the town after their wounds are healed without the childhood friend, who
had overheard the conversation and was angered that her long lost friend would think
that she might've been too weak for such a journey. The friend then decides to follow
them, but ends up being captured by the king's men who suspected her of seeing the
spy leaving. Before they kill her (she refused to say anything, although extremely
afraid), they are shot (the daughter's aim improved greatly) and she is angered that
the friend followed her, but it was too late to go back now so they take her along.
"You can't say I'm a killer as an excuse to hate me now or you'll be an hypocrite."
"This is different, I did it to save someone, not bloody revenge."
"DON'T SAY BLOO--"
*friend faints*
"Oops, I forgot."
Anyway. they continue their journey once more. The friend learning slowly to heal
wounds without fainting. (She was blindfolded)
FINALLY, they reach Sanguine Kingdom's borders, and are met with THAT kingdom's men,
who ask for the spy back. The spy leaves, although oddly reluctantly. She also oddly
enough leaves the spirit with the others, telling her not to follow.
She also tells them to head for a whole different country, as they probably had
bounties on their heads now. As the spy leaves, the group turns back and decide to
get a drink at a tavern. They are talking about the strange actions of the spy, and
are overheard by the bartender, who states,"What do you mean a happy life? If spies
fail and manage to return to their country, they are killed." (YAY DEUS EX MACHINA!!!)
Suddenly realizing this, the daughter is angered that the spy never told them. The
spirit is angered that the spy REALLY didn't learn anything and had actually accepted
death the whole journey. The farmer predicts that they would all go back to save her
because that would be the stupidest thing to do, and they end up going to save her.
Once again, the daughter comes up with a brilliant plan to once again use fire, in which
the farmer replies that that is the most retarded plan ever, but once again it works...
almost. When they reach her cell the spy is extremely angered that they are once again
risking their life for this "killer" to which the daughter replies, "Oh who cares anymore,
we like you too much anyway." As they try to exit the prison they are stopped by this lone
guard, who oddly enough held no weapon and was in a stance that looked like she was a
martial artist. To this the farmer thinks is also stupid, once again. A great duel breaks
out between artist and gunner (the daughter), and the daughter wins, about to kill the guard.
Surprisingly enough, the spy stops her, "No one is in great danger, and this is not revenge,
remember what you said?" When the guard recognizes her voice, they learn that the spy was
in fact a friend of the guard and when the spy went off to...well spy, they both had gone
through great journeys that literally changed them completely (which was why they didn't
recognize each other at first)
So, the guard, who knew how to fight AND knew the way around this place and the country as
well, decides to help them. When they end up at the border, they are confronted by the
Crimson King's men AND the Sanguine King's men, and then a great final battle breaks out.
Throughout the journey, the spy managed to pick up some techniques, and was even able to
enable the spirit to help her out. The daughter had her gun skills, while the guard had her
fists of fury. The farmer guards the friend who would heal them, by running the men over
with a horse. ("It was the stupidest idea.") (I swear she went crazy or something, I think
I just added her for humour relief now, XD) The battle finally ends in their victory, with
one devastating cost. The spy is fatally injured (saving the daughter's life instead).
As very dramatic actions occur, such as everybody crying around the dying spy who decides
to fill them all with sappy last words...
("What the hell's the whole point of this journey if you die!?")
("The whole point of it was for you to live.")
In which confused stares come in with the sobbing faces.
("Your father and I were friends...when he learned that I was a spy, he knew...that there
was a chance he'd be killed. Also...he also knew that it was because they would accuse him
as a traitor, and the traitor's whole family must die with him. He was so incredibly and
stupidly kind he decided to risk his life, and yours, to keep mine safe.")
Silence, and she continues.
("When he found out I killed that idiot who...destroyed my...family. They weren't my real
family, but they felt like so to me...he knew that the secret of mine was definitely
going to be revealed, so he concocted a plan to help you escape, and I agreed with it.
It didn't seem like something that would be successful, since he didn't write much as a
last message, but because I was causing the death of another person, also a father, I
knew I'd have to risk my life to save his only love left. You. I was determined to make
it up for ruining his life. I will save his daughter, his only reason he stayed alive.
To do that we had to escape the country...You were the reason for this whole journey...")
She then turns to the spirit, who is also shocked along with the rest the whole truth.
Only a spy could keep this secret from them so such a long time...
("And I did learn from you about life, something not to take for granted, but it was what
you taught me which made me realize that saving another's life is much more important than
killing another. I did have a life to celebrate by meeting you...I'm sorry for lying to
you all.
I'll wait for you in the next life whenever you decide to come...")
And then she dies (BUT OF COURSE NOT BEFORE GETTING KISSED BY THE SPIRIT. :X) and people cry
and stuff, but they bury her and run off to the new country for a new life.
THE END.
What I like about this daydream of mine is because it's not a storyline that is cliche. (I hope)
It is NOT:
-saving the WORLD!
-stopping a WAR!
-involving some awesome princess or prince or something!
It IS:
-HAS A TWIST AT THE END, WOOT!
-has some awesome way of sticking the characters into the story...I hope.
It's a simple story about saving one life. It is not as extravagant as having to save the whole
world's lives. It isn't about stopping the BIG BAD GUY in the end (which they don't, they just
escape) and that is why I am so proud of this. OOO:
IN CASE YOU HAVEN'T NOTICED ALREADY, the characters are all completely based on random (not really)
Negima characters. Actually I daydreamed it with THEM as the characters, 'cause I suck with
OCs and stuff, but hey, it actually worked out. O:
If you're not a Negima fan or you're REALLY stupid...
The Spy - Kazumi
The Tavern Man - Professor Akashi
The Daughter - Yuuna
The Spirit - Sayo (duh...)
The Farmer - Chisame (Yes I have some odd tendancy to make her a farmer all the time, :P)
The Friend - Ako
The Guard - Ku Fei
...and uh, yeah. That's it.
This took a long time to write up. X_x
