It's Supreme Seme and Ultimate Uke!

So Spot will now review how good the voices were.
Negi: His voice is terrible. Very scratchy, at times you can't HEAR him. It's like he started smoking at age five or something. The British accent was quite fake as well. I mean, of all voices to give the main character, why something like this!?
Asuna: Her voice fit her. It's not as good as the excellent job done by Akemi Kanda obviously, but it works for the English! It sounds very "loudmouthed" like, and her yells, screams, and times of irritation is done well. Probably one of the best voice work in the dub was given to Asuna.
Nodoka: I think the voice actress is trying too hard to give off the "shy" voice. It doesn't sound as shy as it is squeaky. Mamiko Noto had a very gentle voice, that suited her. Now you can barely hear her, or she's being high and squeaky, attempting badly to be shy.
Konoka: Alright, of all voices in the dub, hers HAD to be the highest and squeakiest, doesn't it? Not only that, but this voice actress does two other 2-A students as well. While the other students she does sounds substantially different, she has done a horrible job on Konoka. Ai Nonaka used a very cute voice (mayhaps too cute, but what are you going to do?) and I haven't heard an English equivalent to any "cute" voices in my entire life.
Setsuna: She wins the "worst voice of 3-A", the only one worse is Negi himself. She doesn't sound like your "cool swordslady", no, the voice suits more for a glasses-wearing nerd in school. I ABSOLUTELY HATE how she pronounces "Konoka" (because obviously she NEVER says that name ever in the sub) BTW, I would've been fine with Lady Konoka in the place of ojou-sama, BUT WHY MISS KONOKA?! WHY!?
Evangeline: Whoever does Evangeline also does Ayaka, and I don't mind Eva's voice. It's better than all the horrible ones, and even better than the OK ones. So I suppose her voice is "good". It's not irritating, and it kind of does suit her. So yeah, Eva gets a B+.
Ayaka: Same as above. Ayaka's voice suits very well, but perhaps it makes her out to be more of a "rich bitch" than she really is. Remember, Ayaka only acts this way because of the loss of her younger brother. You can't blame her. xP
Yue: While the first time I heard Yue's voice, it sounded a lot like Natsuko speaking English, after hearing her more, she sounds rather different than the infamous monotone voice we hear from Yue of the subs. Still monotone in the English however, but I don't think she's good at the rare dramatic points that Yue had. Nevertheless I suppose it's better than the majority of voices in this dub...
Chachamaru: I wanted her to sound more like a robot. Someone tell me when was the last time you heard a machine speaking in a British accent? It's not HARD to pull off a robotic-sounding voice, there was no need to throw in an accent as well. First of all, she was built by Hakase, and second, she was NOT built in Britain, and even if she was, why would she still have an accent anyway?
Ku Fei: I hate it when people call her Fei Ku, or Fei. I just hate it. It's either Kuu, or Ku Fei. It's just a nitpick I have. Anyway, I also hate Kuu's voice. It's...downright horrible. I can't stand it. She can't pronounce any of her Chinese attacks, and the attempt to sound "high-pitched" just hurts my ears, but not as much as Konoka.
Cheerleaders: I put them in a group because if you're going to voice these girls, then when you all speak together, which they will do a lot, it better sound great. Oh, but it doesn't. It's just an orgy of squeaky voices that will make your ears bleed. Owch.
Mana: I'm not going to even BOTHER to comment on her voice because of how BAD it is. Ditto for Kaede. (They killed the voices of EVERY MARTIAL ARTS PERSON! DDD:)
Sports Girls: I put them in a group because they all sound OKAY. Everyone of them sounds stereotypically okay. However, if people keep pronouncing Makie "MAA-KEE-AY" I'm going to kill them.
Misora: Damn. I hate this voice.
Chizuru & Natsumi: Combined them because I don't have much to say about them. I heard ONE line from Chizuru so far, it's okay, but I think I need more lines from her if I want to judge it at all. Surprisingly I've heard more from Natsumi, and she has one of the better unique voices. (There are the "we all the sound the same" voices, the "crappily unique voices, like Negi", the "good but sound the same" voices, and Natsumi. Lol)
The Narutaki Twins: They both have the same voice actress, they both sound the same. They both get grouped together. I don't have much to say. Considering who they are, I didn't have high expectations of their voices. Voices for them aren't hard to pull off, so meh. They are okay. Shockingly, they don't hurt my ears, which is good.
Chao et Hakase: I like how Eva says "Lingshen", it makes her sound very Eva-ish, xD. Okay, the point being, um, I didn't really like Chao's voice. It didn't hurt my ears or anything, it just didn't seem to fit her. I actually expected her voice to hurt my ears. It seems more like a regular 'okay' type of voice. I don't think it really suits her. As for Hakase, she was on the spot. Sounded similar to her seiyuu, Mai. (Not that Hakase's voice is really that hard to do, anyway)
Satsuki: YES, she gets her own paragraph. Why? Because her voice sucks. Same person who did her, also did the irritating Konoka. I haaaate it. She sounds like a boy, and not like, a 'little boy' either. More like a "omg I want food" type of "boy". It reminds me of Bull's voice actually. Which is kind...of...insulting. Damned voice actress.
Haruna: I like her voice. It fits her, and the actress does her really well. One of the better voices I must admit. It still seems kind of ordinary to me. Like it's not like Natsumi's where it's "good AND unique", but it's better than the horrible ones, so I commend the voice actress of Haruna Saotome. GO YOU!
Zazie: She sounds very...hmmm...well, she doesn't say ANYTHING AT ALL UNTIL THE LAST EPISODE. So with the two lines she gets in the WHOLE ANIME, it sounds okay, I guess. It doesn't sound cool like her seiyuu though, just kind of normal, reminds me of a celebrity's voice, though.
Chisame, Sayo, and Kazumi: I put them together because I heard like....two lines from Chisame, and I have nothing to say about Sayo really. So Kazumi would probably take up this paragraph. Anyway, from the two lines from Chisame, her "Chisame voice" is okay I guess. Same person who did her, did Chachamaru. But her one line as Chisame was only three words. Her Chiu voice sounds weird. I need to watch episode 11 first, but I don't have it/can't find it. As for Sayo, it's normal...but I would've preferred if it was more different than everybody else, like Yuri's job in the sub. Kazumi...same voice actress who did the HORRIBLE Satsuki, and the HORRIBLE Konoka. Well, I suppose that means Kazumi is...HORRIBLE as well, right? Not really. The voice does not suit her AT ALL, but it isn't as bad as Satsuki or Konoka. She sounds like a bitch. That's the only word I can use to describe it. xDDD
And that is the dub voices.

Want to see some random episode 25 screens of Negima!? I did this in boredom.
Before I add the link, 25 was amusing, besides the fact that the plot was predictable and it was the same stuff you usually see in the series.
Note: I didn't take any screenshots of people who were important to the plot, besides Anya, since those screenshots can be found pretty easily already. (I'm not wasting my time taking screenshots that already exist)
