Ahh, I got new hamsters today. Yes, that's hamster with a plural. There's two of them. I miss Hedgehog though...since these new hamsters aren't like Hedgehog at all. They aren't active...quite lazy, did I mention one tried to kill the other? We had to separate them. ><
Here's the first hamster whom I named "Otter". He has black eyes and dark brown fur, darker than Hedgehog, Toto, Hammy, and Hobo's fur, but still brown. He's adorable, skinnier than the other hamster and at first seemed quite shy.
But looks are deceiving.
Otter tried to kill my other hamster.

The next hamster, a white hamster with red eyes and some gray spots or patches, kind of chubby and easily frightened by the smallest of sounds and yet in contrast is a much deeper sleeper than Otter. I give you...Asako! He's apparently terrified of Otter. That's why I dubbed him the "Sayo" of my hamsters, xD. The colour helps too.

Why I chose these names? 'Otter' is the name that follows the "name the pet after another animal" tradition started by Hedgehog, and while I was considering naming the white one several names, I decided on Asako. "Asako" means morning child...it is also my nickname for Asakura, xD. I guess you can consider Asako's name to be following the tradition of Vulcan Max, who was also white.
THEY DON'T LIKE EACH OTHER. D:
I miss Hedgehoggo. D
