HSBJKGND JAKF FAIL
Oct. 17th, 2008 02:10 amOkay OAD, I like you.
Sometimes.
You make everybody look awesome. The scenes are all epic, and the colourings are mostly faithful.
BUT WHY THE HELL IS IT SO HARD FOR YOU TO GET KAZUMI RIGHT!? OF ALL PEOPLE SHE LOOKS WEIRD OR SCREWED UP AT TIMES.
NOT ONLY THAT BUT SHE DOES NOT HAVE FAITHFUL COLOURINGS! WHY IS THAT. DO YOU HAVE SOMETHING AGAINST HER!? WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU. SERIOUSLY. IT'S LIKE THE ONLY PEOPLE WHO CAN DRAW HER IS THE KEN HIMSELF AND RARELY THE ANIMES.
I MEAN WHAT IS SO HARD ABOUT HER. YOU DON'T EVEN GET HER PROPORTIONS RIGHT. YOU TURN HER HAIR INTO A PALM TREE AND BASICALLY MAKE HER FAIL.
GOD.
She looks fat...her hair is like...blargh. I hope this is some bad quality frame and she looks better in the actual OAD but honestly my expectations are very low. You know I wanted to make a wallpaper out of OAD screenshots of her but I still have my summer one because she looks so terrible in it....
And that is a rant. Here's what happened today...
It was raining and I was waiting for the bus for college. The bus arrives about five minutes late, and off I go, soaked already. I reached the skytrain station and quickly jump into the train and then get off at the next station. I headed down to the bus where a few other people were already waiting in the cold rain. The bus that we get on usually is "Not in Service" until the time is up to go, so it just sits there with the bus driver sitting inside all warm and cuddly reading the newspaper that the conservatives have won the minority and have many more seats and thus this nation is failing more. Finally, he lets us in and I quickly take my favourite corner seat. Snatching out my mp3 player, I listen to my music for an hour until we get to a bus loop in North Vancouver. There I get off and head to the bus stop that takes us to the college, and stand in the rain for another ten minutes until the bus comes. Finally we reach the college and I spend half-an-hour at the library doing basically nothing. (I like these times actually) When time is finally up to get the class, I head to my Comparative Politics 102 class for my midterm to find out there is a sheet of paper taped to the wall that the class is cancelled. Several students are still in the class though, sticking around until class is supposed to start to make sure the paper is legitimate, but others have already left. I finally get fed up and decide to leave when the professor suddenly walks by me and asks where I'm going. Apparently the sheet was a prank. So only 60% of the students were present to do the midterm. Surprisingly the midterm was kind of easy, and this is the best midterm I've done so far of all my four classes. This is odd since I like the other classes better (besides History...I hate that class now because it's in the morning and the people in there I don't know much). This is contary to psychology which is hilarious, and sociology where I can actually be SOCIAL OMFG. In politics it's just boring, yet I think I did pretty well on the midterm. Afterwards I bought a chocolate bar (KitKat chunky) and left for the bus. The bus is very moody here. Although the times on the bus stop pole says it comes at 2:35 (the first bus, only comes at rush hour) there have been times when it left the stop at 2:20, where I missed it barely because class ended at 2:20. Today the bus wasn't like that, but I didn't know if it would be or not. Finally I got on the bus and there was some disgusting gum stuck on the side near my favourite corner seat, so I attempted to not stare at it while listening to my music yet again for another hour. As I get off the bus to the skytrain station I pray that those stupid transit officers are there to check my bus pass because I had to reach the bus at the other skytrain station and if they were there I'd be stalled and thus miss it. Thankfully they were not there and I got on the train, and reached the other station. Unfortunately as I climbed up the stairs the bus was just starting to leave, it had drove off from the stop about three or four feet, so I just BARELY missed the bus. I grumbled as I stood in the cold rain again for another fifteen minutes until the next bus came, which was oddly enough a bus that was "Not in Service" and just waited by the curb until the time, leaving us in the cold for no reason really. I finally got on the bus and reached my house after eagerly wanting to listen to Happy Material because that song is happy. As I got home it was around four and the hockey game would be on soon. I got on my laptop to stare around or something, and didn't really do too much on it besides edit the clanwar ladder I'm organizing on my game community. I finally got off and went to the TV in the living room to watch the Canucks vs. Red Wings while eating cold yogurt on this cold day. The inside of the house was cold too oddly enough. The game started and the Canucks looked to be starting out well, so much so that they got the first goal, which of course me and my dad cheered upon. It was Yannik Hansen's first goal of an NHL game, so good for him. Then on the penalty kill, the Red Wings looked deadly and they scored but nobody knew until one of their players pointed it out, so they reviewed it and it was a goal. So now it was 1-1. I was sad and kind of worried that Luongo was not playing so well lately and maybe not today. The game continued with a few more goals both sides, and our third line was really working them up because not only did Hansen score, but so did Kesler and Burrows. In the third period we were down 3-2, but Raymond evened up the score for his first of the season. Nothing much happened until overtime where Burrows, only twenty-seven seconds in, scored the game winner off his own rebound. It was a very satisfying game although the first line was kept off the scoreboard and Luongo was only decent, but a wins a win. During the intermission and partly the second and third period, I started to draw. I drew many doodles but only two drawings stood out that I may scan. After the game I returned the computer and said hi to people of the game and said hi to Akira, though I didn't talk much to her for I got a little upset when she talked to me yesterday. Afterwards I tried to play some of the game/edit the clanwar ladder/discuss the site with Puddlejumper, and it was mostly a boring day. I ate dinner during the third period by the way. The chicken came from IGA and tasted like crap and the only other food besides rice was vegetables, oh well. On the computer I played the new version of LF2 which is pretty epic and then went back to Soldat some more to play with the MLP guys. (They're pretty fun, kind of reminded me of the old AW days...) And after I finished with that I found out the second OAD's screenshots were in and when I saw Kazumi I got really upset/annoyed at how she looked. So I headed to my LJ which I hadn't ranted on so much lately and ranted upon it. Afterwards I started typing up what I did today on the LJ which consisted of me going to college and getting annoyed at the postpone midterm prank, annoyed at bus drivers, annoyed at my timing, annoyed at the rain, annoyed at my hunger, happy at the hockey game, annoyed at my dinner, annoyed at the first part of playing Soldat, and annoyed at the OAD's failure at portrayined the great Kazumi. I am now hungry and am waiting for the water to boil to make some ramen, good day.
