Check here. There is a marathon on the Hub and the internet was asked which episodes to air, so here are the community voted top episodes.
I voted for Cutie Mark Chronicles...which I somewhat regret now actually because it's a fairly popular episode anyway and would've gotten in no matter what. I was quite sad to see Swarm of the Century not make it and probably should've voted for that. I've always underrated Swarm of the Century, and when I rewatched it the other day I actually really liked it, far more than I remember. I don't know why the episode always feels overshadowed, especially since one of the best scenes of the entire series occurred in that episode IMO. I was pleasantly surprised how high May the Best Pet Win scored, which made me happy. I didn't think it'd even make the cut, but I guess Season Two episodes are still fresh in people's minds so they might be getting tons of votes due to it.
Everyone knows I'm not that fond of Lesson Zero, but I knew it'd be in there no matter what so eh. The episode was entertaining, so I suppose that's why everyone loves it, but the exaggeration in the episode was pretty crazy. For one episode it's fine, but when I first watched it I feared the entire season would end up like this, and it'd become what so many cartoons have become, flanderizing their characters and racking up the absurdity to the point of ridiculousness. I just hope if the writers see the results it doesn't lead to them writing all the episodes like that. :X I was also surprised at Feeling Pinkie Keen's placement...but, I won't be too bothered by it. I just thought it had too much slapstick and I sort of dislike Pinkie Sense, but whatever. (My opinion of it has NOTHING to do with its moral at all) Swarm of the Century >>>> Feeling Pinkie Keen as far as Pinkie episodes are concerned!
But since I'm already talking about the episode...my list of favourite scenes of the entire series to this point! EMBEDDED YOUTUBE VIDEOS LAGGING THE PAGE AWAY!
This is what I mean by one of the best scenes in the entire series for Swarm of the Century.
This single scene is why Luna Eclipsed is one of my most favourite episodes. WAIT I SAID THAT FIVE TIMES ALREADY.

Yep. I believe that is all. There are others I could've included like the hilarious dialogue in Suited for Success when Rarity is wallowing in whatever it is ponies wallow in, or anything Pinkie does at all in Green Isn't Your Colour, or the entirety of Party of One, but I suppose that's all from me.
