spottoOMFG, KAZUMI IS CAPABLE OF REACHING SUPER SAIYAN AND EVEN SUPER SAIYAN 2!
However, her hair remains red. Probably because girls don't want to turn into dumb blondes...(lol, no offence, XD)
I realized this after watching a hilarious AMV of Kazumi and Sayo (the person has done the same format AMV on like every character, XD)
Alright, first off, this is NORMAL KAZUMI:
Notice how her hair is NOT spiky. Nope, NOT spiky whatsoever.
This is Kazumi turning into a gigantic ape-monkey thing (saiyans do that...)
Of course, because she is a girl, and girls do NOT turn into giant ugly ape things, she turns into a chocobo.
Chocobo >>>> Apes.
Now, you may be asking, "BUT WTF, SAIYANS HAVE MONKEY TAILS TO TURN INTO GIANT APE THINGS! WHY DOESN'T KAZUMI HAVE A CHOCOBO TAIL, THEN, HUH!?!?"
Ah, but of course the only tail you ever see on a girl is a cat or dog's or fox's tail, etc. BUT, I do have evidence that Kazumi would've turned into a chocobo with some CHOCOBO THINGS:
AHA! NORMAL KAZUMI WITH A CHOCOBO ON HER APRON! And aprons tend to be associated with females, so of course it makes more sense than a smelly tail.
(Yes I realize she is actually a canary, but who cares. Chocobos are bigger and cause more damage, XD)
And here is SUPER SAIYAN ONE KAZUMI! AMAZING FOR HER TO ACHIEVE SUCH A FEAT!!!
Look at that! Her hair is NOW SPIKY! And the even MORE amazing thing is she is able to stay in this form for as LONG AS SHE WANTS! She is a powerful saiyan indeed! But Kazumi can do even MORE THAN THAT!!!
She can reach the NEXT LEVEL, SUPER SAIYAN TWO!!!

Her hair is EVEN spikier! It goes UP moar! And now you are asking...where is the electricity that surrounds her? For that is the sign of a Super Saiyan TWO! Well, you see, girls are very sensitive people. Lightning could BREAK THEIR NAILS or something. For a girl, a sign that they have grown in power is their breasts. LOOK HOW LARGE IT HAS GOTTEN!!! Notice how it gets LARGER throughout each FORM besides the chocobo, OBVIOUSLY!
And thus this is evidence that Kazumi can achieve SUPER SAIYAN FORMS and is probably a SAIYAN!! She should "fuse" with Sayo. If you know what I mean. ;)
