today, but ask yourself what your goal is in the time you are on the

Today, other than that life's lesson, is a Battle B Daman FULL WRITE! Why? Today's episode was spectacular! My favourite so far and it doesn't it have much Tsubame or Bull in it! Why? If you've read the subject already, it's all about LI! Li's my favourite character now! And he's pretty much the cutest, even if he has bug eyes!
No, I'm serious, that guy is awesome.
So without further ado, let's begin with the weekly Battle B Daman Review: (Wow, rhymes! It's much more entertaining than boring black and white mimes...)
Li wins the medal for having the shortest name, well, unless someone has a one-lettered name...>>
Episode 13: "Hog Wild"
Ah yes, the whole episode starts off with a very boring recap, since I did not care for the last episode because I don't like Berkhart, even if he does act like Rei in a sense. The fact is, he's a minor character so it's all on Yamato, it doesn't bring any forward into the storyline and seems like a filler, this episode, however, is much different. After the overly unneeded recap, the actual episode starts out with the Shadow Alliance looking through their "magical crystal ball of doom" and watching things Yamato did from the past episodes. Ababa comments on how Yamato, or rather, his Cobalt Blade seems to stop them from fufilling their mission. He also says that both Enjyu, who's extremely evil, and Gray, who's extremely misunderstood, haven't gotten even near Cobalt Blade and struck out,e ven if theyw ere, let's say, "apparently" the best Bdaplayers in that team. I assume that ebcause they usually are as they seem to play a tad bit bigger roles than Wen and Li.
Anyway, Li announces that he'll go after Cobalt Blade this time, almost assuring Ababa and the others of his success.
Meanwhile...
All of the first segment of the tournament was almost over...except one match, Tsubame Vs. Li! It would take place in a couple of hours or so, and Yamato plus his friends are talking in a little cafe that Yamato's mother, Mie, works in. The day begins...
Tsubame comments about how easy he'll defeat Li (coughhesbraggingcough) but Yamato says he can't brag unless he has the skills of himself, Yamato, but admits that Tsubame is good at bdaman. Anyway, they chat some more, Li is hidden behind a corner holding a "mystical chinese paper spell of doom" ready to do SOMETHING evil to them, but suddenly...
Mie talks about how Yamato, Bull, and Tsubame should help her in the cafe, being waiters and washing dishies and stuff, which would naturally bring in the "excuse to run away and not do work" scheme common in many Animes. Which they successfully did do. Li attempts to put the spell on Mie, so he could somehow ransom her for Cobalt Blade, but yet again something...DRASTIC HAPPENS!!!!!
"Why, aren't you one of Yamato's little friends?!"
Yep, the bug-eyed little evil boy has been discovered! He was also mistaken for a "friend" than an "enemy". So to play along, Li ends up saying he is, and then ends up WORKING in the cafe with Mie. Oh boy. Li sneakingly says that he's gained the woman's trust and could easily lure her into well, catching her for Cobalt Blade? But, things happen yet again. The customers are extremely impatient, we have seen. So Li ends up working all day...in many humorous results that won't be funny unless you watch it.
"Would you like spicy, pepper, chilli hot, or fry your brains off?!" Says Li, either being a REALLY good actor (and comedian!) or just actually doing the work, being polite, everything! Yep, he once again tries to attack Mie, but his spells...fall in the water, because Yamato's cat, Tommi, seems to ave a hunch about Li. Li continues working and suddenly Mie gives him 5 TONS of dishes to do, poor guy. So he's washing the dishes and takes out a "special sparkly bdaball that can hypnotize people" thing! He shoots, but it backfires, as it only affects the customers, causing many sweatdrops and Anime falls towards Li. Mie wonders what's with Li and Li goes, "Oh! I just have a mission to do-, err, my mission is to help you serve sandwiches and fish and stuff..." says Li, almost blowing his cover.
Anyway, Mie comments on that Li could go home if he wanted, but Li insists on staying, giving another "I'm a good and polite helpful boy" excuse, even if it's only for his own gain. Li says how Mie is actually sorta nice to him and also says that work is actually a lot of well, work, and he doesn't like it.
Meanwhile...
Tsubame is owning his practice bdaman match against Yamato, and cleverly beats Yamato (in a practice match? Not official? You traitorous writers!) Tsubame glares at Li's picture on the wall (it's apparently a match-up poster, oh and by the way, Li looks feckin' AWESOME on that poster, but when does he NOT look awesome?) Armada comments on how well Tsubame has gotten...
So anyway...
Li finishes his work so he's exhausted and collaspes on a cafe seat (perhaps I am a tad bit exggerating here) He says, "I hope I never see fish or sandwiches again" Well, his wish just died off, because Mie put a plate of fish sandwiches right in front of him!
Tommi licks the sandwiches as well (ehh...cat licking your food and you eat it?) Mie says Yamato loves it when his cat does that, and Li takes a bite...and LIKES the food...WHOOT! So he begins chompin' on them (But not like Yamato, y'know, he ain't the messy type) Yamato COMES home! With Tsubame and Bull, and doesn't realize Li was right next to him for a minute...
"LI!!!!!"...screamed everybody who came home to the cafe...
Yamato starts...screaming at Li, "Why are you eating all the sandwiches, and the cat licked it too! Only Tommi can do that to me! I bet you're here trying to trick us and somehow wreck or take Cobalt Blade!!! Well if you're trying to do that, you've just been caught! What do you say about that?!" (Note: That is the not the actual disalogue, but give me a break it was on 7:30am when I had 3 hours of sleep. It is close though.) And well, Li replies with a strutter. Suddenly, a giant fat pig thing kicks a chair, and insulting the cafe!
He says the protection or something should be paid (but I think they're jsts a bunch of punks wanting money) So, he demands the money or GOODBYE TO THE CAFE. After a bunch of dialogue regarding insults and arguments, Yamato kicks the boss pig down and demands a BDA BATTLE!!!! Dun dun DUNN!! The boss pig agrees, and also shows off his "Snout attack" (Their noses are so strong, they blow tables over or can be as strong as vaccums!) But the pig says it's a TEAM BATTLE and HE gets to choose Yamato's aprtner because it was Yamato who challenged him! Guess who he choosed?
You got it, Li!
Of course, that wasn't exactly great to Yamato and friends, sicne Li was part of the evil merciless SHADOW ALLIANCE!!! Tsubame and Bull try to be his partner, but the pig blows them away. He asks Li if he accepts the challenge, Yamato isn't so happy about this but asks as well, and so does Mie. Li replies, in A VERY WELL VOICE-ACTED manner...he literally screams it out in...err, determination.(He looked quite mad at the pigs for blowing over the tables, because in only one day, Li seems to already be attracted to the good of nature! That or the niceness of Mie, which could lead to some very wrong wide-gap couple pairings since he blushed 50 billion times, but let's move on...)
"I ACCEPT!!!"
Of course, Yamato questions him, but Li shuts him up. So the battle begins and the whole cafe is where the bdabattle shall take place. They can hide behind upturned tables to avoid bdaballs from defeating them! The pigs star toff in an all around offense, shooting ALL their bdaballs at them, luckily the two managed to hide behind the unturned tabels and were actually having good teamwork despite the not-so-great relation between them. WHich also surprises Armada at their teamwork. The pigs hide behind the tabels because of no more bdaballs, and Li finds a gap and tries to shoot him, but he uses his snout and blows all the bdaballs away!
....suddenly, Wen starts walking down pass the cafe...
Wen notices...gasp! His little brother Li, bdabattling alongside YAMATO?!?! Oh dear lord, this utterly shocks him to no end!!! Well, he's about to get to the bottom of this until he bumps into Enjyu...who notes his attention to a little Bdaman called Wing Ninja sitting on the table...
Yamato and Li decide to not let the pigs gather back their fallen bdaballs, but they inhale and all the bdaballs come back to them, giving them an advantage as they blow them back in a tornado! Which is pretty funny if you see the expressions on Yamato's and Li's faces when they panickingly hide behind the tables. Li sees Yamato's Cobalt Blade unguarded and decides to finish this now, and get Cobalt Blade, he's about to shoot, when yet another unsuspecting...
"LI! Watch out!" yells Mie, who acts like a mother to eveyrbody nowadays...
The third pig joined the battle and had went behind them and shot a bdaball! So Li dodges away and lets Yamato smash his bdaballs at him. It knocks the pig over and the table falls over, with pepper...which starts filling the air and...plugging the piggy's noses...which was their chance of winning! With shocking strong teamwork, both Li and Yamato jump on and attack in a two-way power attack thing, which wins them the battle! HURRAY!! Tsubame and Bull congratulate them both, but seemingly seemed to congratulate Yamato a bit more.
...later on...
Li's about to leave, and Mie gives him two golden coins, a pack of fish sandwiches for working in the cafe with them. Which Yamato automatically screams about his own self and his own sandwiches, also angry on how Li got Tommi to lick his sandwiches! YARGH!!! Suddenly, an unexpected scream of...
"AHH!!!" It had a Scottish Accent.
Tsubame comes out, yelling that Wing Ninja was GONE!!! The others help him look for the bdaman and Mie says goodbye to Li. As the others apart, Wen and Enjyu appear in front of Li. Li spots Wing Ninja in Enjyu's hand...
"It's...Wing Ninja!"
Wen comments on how clever Li was to gain Yamato and friend's trust so they could sneak in and steal Wing ninja (it obviously seemed like they just wanted to uh, lie to him for their own gain because it was kind of like Li...I don't know, BETRAYED them?) Enjyu says he thought Li wasn't much of a use in Shadow Alliance but actually proved him wrong (Yet again, most probably a lie) he throws Wing Ninja at Li, telling him he can decide what to do with it, which causes li to drop the fish sandwiches (oh noes! The wasted sandwiches! You evil bast*rds!!!) Li's Shadow Alliance mind comes back to him as he tells himself that he couldn't been seen weak and shouldn't let his feelings get the best of him. With a hard decision finally chosen, Li throws Wing Ninja to teh ground, and it smashes to pieces...
It immediately goes to Tsubame, who somehow has a sixth sense that something was wrong, and runs right back to where the cafe was, only to see...gasp! "Someone smashed Wing Ninja!!" he falls on his knees, Bull and Yamato come right after and GASP! Mie and Armada get there too. Yamato claims that whoever did this was their enemy FOREVER! Mie sees the wasted fish sandwiches on the ground and said quietly...
"Did Li do this?"
On the last scene of the episode, we see Li following Wen and Enjyu, with a guilty expression across his face, he turns back to look, and then runs after his older brother and the evildoer...
The episode ends and the stupid annoying Bdamage and Meowmingos pop up, they say at the same time, "We don't like cheating!!!" (That or we don't tolerate cheating, cheating is bad, whatever)
End of episode.
Best thing about the episode: The conflict between Li's conscience, good comes up to him, but then, bad comes back, very good episode to show such a thing. Also a good episode for people to like him more, AKA ME! Runner ups are probably Li's cute facial expressions through the whole show (those were fecking adorable) and the utter humour this episode showed.
Best scene: It was ADORABLE when the kid took the GIANT plate of food and fell flat down because of it's heaviness but got back up and grunted to lift the plate.
Rating: 6/5! 12/10!! This was one of the best episodes I've seen from everything! It had the cute scenes, the humour, the action, the drama, everything! Great episode bdaman, I'M PROUD!
