...ICONS!?
Mar. 19th, 2007 02:31 amWe went to a RESTAURANT, GASP. You know how Spot is like, THE EXTREME PICKINESS at restaurants. Actually, we were going to my favourite restaurant...but alas...the MANAGER HAD CHANGED. That means...THE FOOD MOST LIKELY IS DIFFERENT.
The horror that is to going to the NO LONGER SAME restaurant was just...unbearable. In the end, the food sucked. The chicken was not cooked well (the chicken is always the best part in the restaurant, if everything was perfect except the chicken, the restaurant would suck) The crab was...as usual I like it when I have homecooked crab, not crappy restaurant crab. Everything else I didn't bother to touch because they were plagued by evil sauces or mushrooms or something.
And that is why I'm 90 pounds, xD.
Ah yes, Spring Break, what will I do for the whole week? Things I will definitely do is Squash, but everything else? I suppose continue any fanfiction that needs to be continued, or draw, or graphic...
...that's right, graphic.
Here's a bunch of icons I made out of boredom, all of them an attempt to look like the "LJ ICON style" which none of my avatars look like at all, xP
I don't like how they look besides the STRIP OF NATSUMI HAMSTERS. I especially hate the Sayo one, attempting to put some sort of texture in a ruined it, xD.
I don't really understand the LJ ICON style, I'm still too used to FORUM AVATAR style. So obviously I've never tried to make an avatar that looked like the above. I like to leave the colours alone and then do other things to the picture. LJ Icons tend to have better looking images due to retouching with photoshop, but I don't do that often because my pictures are often fadey. Nor do I try to add some silly punchline to the avatar, I just try to make it look nice. However because FORUM avatars, you can only have one, and MSN Display pictures, you can change extremely often, there seems to be no point is adding graphics to MSN display pictures since you change them so often, and lots of point for LJ icons. However since one has like 6 or 15 or 200 LJ icons, they put lots of variety in it, while you can only have one in forums, so you add the best things you want to leave on it that will identify you for some time.
...or I'm going to deep into graphics and should just create what looks nice, xD
