Ketchup EXPLOSION
Dec. 5th, 2010 10:34 pmYou know how last post I was all like "NOOO SAYO NOOO YUUNA"? I recently saw spoilers for the next chapter and Chachamaru got chopped in half. Then the last page taunts all the readers with "MANGAKA IS COLLECTING DATA, NEXT CHAPTER ON DECEMBER 22ND" on like, one of the most crazy cliffhangers ever.
DAMN YOOOOU AKAMATSUUUUU

South Park Dream! South Park Dream! I took a nap, woke up, and rushed to the computer as soon as possible to write it down because I KNOW I'd forget it! Huh, that was actually quite quick, getting a dream this fast. P: I should really tag my dreams...hmm.
Okay so this dream was actually kind of like an episode, except a lot more...fangirly, you'll see. This takes place in December and it's close to Christmas.
The boys are dragged into a small stage/dance room where they have to sit, somewhat cramped, and watch artsy/boring theatre/dance on a nine-titled stage-like kind of thing to learn how to perform their Christmas play. Some students are in costumes. The teacher is either being acrobatic or in a rook costume. (Not Garrison, random female teacher)
They are in a class along with a bunch of other nameless boys (not usual classmates) when a bunch of teenagers with wolf masks walk in.
Now the teacher apparently knows these teenagers (that or the teenagers took them hostage, but eh) so she leaves to go do something and the teenagers are left supervising the kids. LITTLE does the teacher know, they're donning wolf masks because they are actually going to play a prank on the fourth graders (I'd liken them to the six graders in the actual show, but I dunno if they're really them because of the masks) and to scare them, tell the fourth graders that they're terrorists and have them hostage! Of course no one believes them. (probably due to the fact that they don't actually have weapons, lol)
So in an effort to try to scare them, the pranksters pick out a few kids in reverse alphabetical order and take them into a janitor's closet (that is located inside a dance room for some reason, but it's a closet that's bigger than normal so maybe a supplies room or whatever) to "kill" the kids inside. They try to tell the kids to scream and such. The kids though think the teenagers are being retarded and lame, but then Cartman waltzes in with a baseball bat. (he followed them inside pretty much) He smashes the teenager's legs and knees, and basically knocks them out, or kills them. I wouldn't be surprised if he killed them.
The closet children are relieved they don't have to be a part of this retarded prank but when they try to leave the closet, the door is locked. Cartman has a very sinister look on him, "I'm not wasting this opportunitah to kill you gahs!" with the teenagers as scapegoats, he then proceeds to smash other children to death with the bat, and screaming is heard by those outside the closet. The kids outside suddenly take the prank seriously, and Cartman peeks outside wearing a wolf mask, threatening the ones outside, particularly Kyle. Kyle though suspects the authenicity of the wolf-mask guy, probably thinking he sounds awfully like Cartman. The other children (minus his friends of course) berate him because they fear their lives and he's insulting their possible killers. The disguised Cartman offers a deal, that he and his teenage pals will spare their lives if Kyle does something incredibly humiliating. Kyle argues that because he is the one that has to do this that the guy behind the mask is therefore Cartman. The kids though, berate him more because he's toying with their lives just because he doesn't want to do it.
So Cartman dares Kyle to kiss everyone in the class (I DID SAY FANGIRLY, DIDN'T I) and he at first hesitates but ends up succumbing to everyone else complaining to him for not taking it seriously, and so he reluctantly does so. Cartman however doesn't think Kyle put any urgency in his faggy dare to which Kyle angrily grabs Kenny and makes out (FANGIRLY) to try to make him let them go but because Cartman is a complete bastard he drags more kids in reverse alphabetical order into the closet anyway (he wanted to kill Kyle first but if he broke out of the "reverse alphabetical order" the unconscious/not-alive teenagers demanded, then people will definitely get suspicious.) In this group of to-be-victims includes Marsh and McCormick (Stan and Kenny) (Stan for some reason is in his Raggedy Andy costume)
When the kids enter the closet room however, they realize that it was indeed only Cartman and try to rush back out but Cartman has the door locked. He then proceeds to smash up some of the students, including Kenny. (OH MY GOD THEY KILLED KENNY!) Only Stan remains, but Cartman does not spare him and smashes him as well (what a violent dream...wait, NOOO STAN!) by this point Kyle somehow knows Stan was killed because he also goes "NOOOOO STAN!" and Cartman pokes his head out once again for more victims, but then the gingerbread man pulls off his costume (the head part at least) AND THAT is actually the real Stan, to which everyone gasps.
Then I wake up. :X
Now I strongly believe my dreams are how they are because of what I think. I think Cartman is a sociopath who can and will kill, as he has before. I've been reading too much fanfiction that ISN'T K2 and I actually want to find some K2 for once (thus the passionate makeout) and...Stan looks hilarious in a Raggedy Andy costume? I dunno what him being inside a gingerbread man, and tricking everyone that he's someone else has to do with anything, but okay. Lol. Also I enjoy Cartman vs. Kyle episodes, thus the Cartman vs . Kyle in the dream. Also it's close to Christmas, thus the Christmas!
And to end this entry...did I also mention Stan is my favourite character? I've been spamming my DP on MSN with Stan, if anyone hasn't noticed yet. After shitloads of fanfiction and pretty fanart, I've also concluded a few other things:
- I don't like pairings that make no sense.
I especially do not like "Bunny" despite some marvelous fanart I've seen of it despite my asking of Akira what a good pairing I could start out with a few weeks ago. (She said Bunny) The fanfiction I've run into so far seem to portray Kenny as someone who takes advantage of Butters' doormat-like personality, and so runs around treating the relationship like an open one, making me very sad for Butters who just forgives him all the time, or something like that. I can't really imagine how else it would be like, but I also don't really like Butters in pairings too much. I love him as a character but I think he's too much of a pushover to really work in one, or too innocent, especially to the likes of Kenny of all people.
- I don't like Cartman pairings.
This is a given, considering I find that he is a bit too...well, evil and psychotic and sociopathic to really fit in one. Despite some of my favourite episodes being the Cartman vs. Kyle ones, I've never been fond of the whole rivalry-types of ships out there. They just never really were my thing...however I've read a few Cartman/Wendy's I actually liked. They kind of worked, despite the rivalry thing, but unlike Kyle who just hates him ALL the time, and isn't really seen being very manipulative/evil, Wendy actually had an episode crushing on Cartman, and she also send a completely innocent substitute teacher into the sun so I think they're a bit more similar than we think. Nonetheless one of my favourite episodes is the one where she beats him up anyway.
- Because of the above, I am not fond of Stan/Wendy
I've ranted something similar to this several times in this blog, but I just don't like those pairings that seem like..."the default canon couple" in series. I absolutely hate Mamoru/Usagi in Sailor Moon for example because it's boring. Here, we start off in episode one...Stan liking this girl, and even though we learn more of Wendy's character as the series progresses, there never seems to be a reason Stan likes her, or visa versa (until The List, Wendy finds a reason to like Stan) just that...you know, they like each other because the main character requires a female love itnerest. It's not very deep at all. (And I do not hate Wendy at all either, my inital reluctance to like Cartman/Wendy is because well....he's an evil psychotic bastard, and she deserves MUCH better than him, but it does make sense, after all...)
- I prefer Kyle/Stan over Stan/Kyle
Because Stan is the biggest pussy ever.
Well, I do like Stan/Kyle if Kyle is FIGHTING to be top and not just...giving up, but no "THIS BOY IN THIS RELATIONSHIP IS THE GIRL OF THE RELATIONSHIP" crap, at all. Also Stan pathetically failing to be manly is highly, highly amusing.
- Fandom does not influence South Park for me very much.
Despite that very fangirly dream, unlike a lot of my fandoms (*cough* EVERYONE OF THEM *cough*) I actually prefer just good ol' comedic South Park than silly teenage girl fantasies of hot grown-up South Park kids because I watched all the episodes for great entertainment! This can obviously change, but for now since I don't have like, a clear cut super favourite pairing or clear cut super favourite character (Stan BARELY edges out like...everyone else. I love all the characters man.) In fact I've read one too many Drama/Romance fanfiction and I'm moreso on a quest to read...humour South Park fic. :X (I've read like ONE fanfic that I actually liked a lot in that silly dramatic genre)
- WHY IS STENNY SO POPULAR
This is moreso a question, but in the Japanese fandom (it's not too prevalent in the English) Pixiv has A LOT of Stenny. I daresay more than Style and definitely more than Kyman. (I figured it was a byproduct of Kyman, but since there isn't THAT much...a good amount, but not that much there, it may be another reason) I can't find many hints to this either, they interact very rarely alone (maybe they STAND next to each other when Cartman and Kyle are trying to kill each other, but besides that it's really that one where they try to get money back from Mel Gibson and Kenny dying (but that was like, an episode for tons of slash anyway) so yeah. I don't get it.
- Mysterion is the awesome
Okay I realized this a LONG while ago, but there has been a GREAT amount of awesome Mysterion fanart ever since that saga. (Also unlike every one of my other fandoms, I actually prefer DeviantArt to Pixiv because South Park is a western thing so a lot more western fanart, even if it's quite popular in Japan) the best one so far is this. BE AMAZED, BE VERY AMAZED.
- I attempted South Park fanfiction
It is only around a thousand words, and I did have an idea in my head (not really a slash fic or anything, just some random general fanfiction starring Kenny) but I'm not quite sure what to do beyond one point so it may be stuck stagnant foreeever. Instead, have some FANART I attempted, please skip if you do not wish to see anatomically incorrect sketches of nothing.

I should draw more females. :X
BUT THAT IS ALL FROM ME!
