the beginning of this LJ returns

The first entry of this LJ was my announcement of a hamster's passing. That hamster lived over two years and a half. It is only until now will another hamster live anywhere close to that level. Iggy's lived longer than seven of my ten hamsters I've had throughout the years, which is quite significant considering it was only since my first two that had lived quite a while.

Rest in peace Iggy, who joins Koho somewhere far away.
