Speculation in Overtime

spottoLeave it to me to find every single type, form, issue, scene, plot, character to rant about.
So, what's todays?
I call it "The B-Daman Fandom" and I'm going to try for a good dose of B-Daman in this post, mostly because my last was all about the BIFF. (And it's frikkin long, by the way, xD) I'm going to try to be as unbiased as possible, but I won't be completely unbiased.
Ok, if any of us has been to Fanfiction.Net, and I'm sure most of us have, they are stupid annoying little bastards that take their popularity for granted, of course, true FF.NET readers/writers still hang around and adapt from the changes they have made. But there is one thing that I can't get used to that resides in FF.NET. They deleted prime stories due to problems with Songfics, script form of writings, and other things that they are afraid to be sued for, but one thing nobody tries to stop because in technical situations, it violates no rule.
I call them OC stories, what's more, Mary-Sue stories, most of which has the worst spelling errors ever. And if people have seen the Beyblade Section, it has A LOT of OC Stories, where the OC is the perfect main character girl who is a long-lost sibling/was in your past/cliche' crap. Now, while beyblade has around 10,000 stories, B-Daman has less than 100. Mostly because B-Daman is a brand new Anime, but it's just not racking in ratings. So you go into that category of stories, and see 59 B-Daman stories, more than half of them are Romance.
Now, I'm not too big on Romance, except for a touch of Yaoi in B-Daman terms, but there was a MAJORITY OF EnjyuXLiena fanfictions. And I guess you can consider this pairing Canon, but a pairing that's even more Canon is BullXKarat. There are a couple of crack pairings too, like BiarceXMarilyn and BerkhartXKarat, you're like, WTF? Have these people MET each other before? Berkhart and Karat is possible, but not Biarce, if they don't know, Biarce is really a part of Marda B, so it's really Marda BXMarilyn *shudders* But it's fanfiction of course.
Enter random fact: Why do people think B-Daman is by Takao Aoki?!?! IF I SEE THEM WITH POINTY NOSES AND HUGE LOW EARS ON THE MANGA, MAYBE I'LL BELIEVE THEM BUT I AM QUITE CERTAIN THE CREATOR IS NOT TAKAO AOKI! D-Rights, the animator just works with both of em.
Anyway, I was talking about Mary-Sues first, yesh, leave it to me to have unorganized LJs as well, BUT THE POINT IS: Mary-Sues suck. There, I said it.
Oh wait, this post needs a point! I forgot!
Well, let's just thank god the first B-Daman fic on FF.NET WASN'T a Mary-Sue fanfic, in fact, it's actually pretty good humour fanfiction called Crazy B-Daman World
Unfortunately, the SECOND ff.net fic has a Mary-Sue in it, and the next is a crappy crossover, and then its first Yaoi fic! GrayXYamato.
Anyway, let's cut to some good stories, shall we? There is only one good serious fanfic (There is only one serious fanfic, -_-) (That isn't romance, and stuff) in the whole of the 59 stories, or I'm being biased, but that's highly unlikely. The Bond Between Brothers
As for the best humour fanfic that is regarded around higher ratings, it's tied between:
Joshua, Where Do Babies Come From? and Wrong Songs
The only romance fiction I read was CainXMarilyn, but I don't understand it, >>
Anyway, like all sections, there was the OC pile.
I also think, unless it's for some random humour fic, characters should stay in character. Yes, it's possible to make some character like Enjyu love someone, but for the love of god, KEEP IT IN CHARACTER. Draw it out, give the girl some bad and good points.
Oh right, that's why I don't like EnjyuXLiena, because Liena's a tad bit of a Goody-Two-Shoe, IT RUNS IN THE FAMILY YES.
Then again, look, WenXLiena hint!
Oh, it's a Season Two picture, note the difference in outfits. And if Wen has white pants, I hope Li has black pants to add to some sort of opposite thing. Seems to fit.
Oh, if anybody's wondering, is there a Season THREE of Battle B-Daman? Season Two pretty much finished in Japan. I think the most realistic answer is no, as the Anime replacing B-Daman in its time-slot of Japan (As it replaced Beyblade in the time-slot before, *grins*) is called Crash B-Daman. The concept is the same, but I didn't like B-Daman for the B-Damans (But I'll try to get one...>>...sometime) I liked B-Daman for the characters, which is why I hate people who think shows like this is just a "crappy toy battling show". Yeah? Well these types of shows are the ones that have the character development. If I see an Anime with over/nearly 200 episodes (all about one plot, Digimon doesn't count and Pokemon just went overboard) I think it sucks.
That's right, Inuyasha and Naruto SUCK.
Anyway, back to Battle B-Daman, ^___^ The show that's replacing B-Daman's timeslot is called "Crash B-Daman", and it's not by D-Rights, so its animation and look sucks.

At least I hope it's not by D-Rights, the main character becomes the stereotypical main character, while Yamato I don't think is that much of a stereotypical character, he still has his faults, but doesn't seem like one. He's lovable, ^__^
I'm still searching for a good Slashy pairing in B-Daman, I'm not a big fan of YamatoXGray because...I just don't like it much, the friendship is nice though. (SO MUCH FRIENDSHIP IT KILLS MUHAHAHA) I'm not a big fan of incest either, so don't ask why it's on my icon, I was too lazy to crop the image and put my own words on it, so I stole it from a B-Daman Community, which rocks but I'm not joining it yet, I dunno why, =P BUT THE PICTURE IS CUTE.
I love how that fanfic refers the rejected characters as rejected characters, oh how much I love rejected characters, =3 Enjyu is not rejected...well ok, he is, somewhat.
I asked a friend a question, who would be the uke in TerryXLi? She said Li, ok, I understand that, now here's the next question, WHO WOULD BE TEH UKE, LI OR ASADOU?!?!
I'm going for Asadou, because I *think* he's younger, that and Li isn't as "innocent" as all people may believe. yet for Asadou to grow up looking like a Tarzan dude kind of destroys it, ok, let's not think about this because these pairings are waaay too underaged...X.x
