True Story, that happened last night:

Ok, so, it was night.
The Canuck-Calgary game was over.
It was the Flames' 25th anniversary.
And the Canucks BEAT THEM 3-1 on THEIR anniversary! HAHAHA!

Later.
Watching sports highlights.
It was midnight.
Bed called to me.

I set my clock.
I set my watch too.
I looked out the window.
"It is time"

So bed I went, and sleep came over me.
But, I awoke at 2am. I turned on the TV.
"WTF? Naruto? Where's B-daman?"
Yes, I was not aware at the time.
I thought it was 7:30am.

And bed I went back. Soon.
Later, 5:30am, I turn the TV back on.
Thinking it was 7:30am.
And then I saw, "WTF? Beyblade V-force? Did I miss B-daman?"
But on beyblade, today's episode is 48 of Kai Vs. Brooklyn.

So, I went back to bed.
And later, at 7:12am. I got ready.
I turned on the TV and cried happily.
My time was finally right.

With the new 99 cent tape in my hands.
I insert it into the VCR.
A VCR that I wish, was in my room.
And then I waited. Minute after minute.

It was true, I was obsessed.
And then the time came.
The dubbing, did not matter.
For it was the story, that I came for.

Episode 43: "With Friends Like These"

The day begins with Enjyu sending out his troops to attack Tsubakura City. Joe and a small army stood there defending the city, with their formidable smirks and angry glares. They easily stopped the troops, but the "big boss" comes in and turns all but Joe into stone. Yamato, Gray, and Bull, who's hands are still numb cheer for their comrades but are shocked at their trouble. They feel rather helpless as a bystander.

The "big boss" is really a cyborg with THREE eyes. 3 Marda-B eyes to be exact. He's about to finish Joe off, when Terry comes at the last second and saves Joe with his new B-daman, Wing Sword. WIng Sword shows off its ultimate and utter superior control, always dodging shots at the last second! Terry finds this sensational, and proceeds to use Wing Fury attack on the cyborg, but the cyborg blasts out a smokescreen to distract Terry! Terry did not flinch, and had an extra attack up his sleeve, and in fancy-style, bda-balls came raining from the sky and clearing the smokescreen! Wing Fury went and hit the cyborg's b-daman! Terry has won!

Meanwhile, on the "We love to spy and invade your privacy" side. Wen and Li have also taken down a number of troops. They sit down, have a cup of tea, get on the horse, and continue their heroic journey of defeating the merciless Marda-B! (Merciless, yeah, right) Ok, back to teh REAL world, Wen notices a "scratch" (Looks like sand from the Planet Mars rubbed onto his arm, bad make up people, huh?) on Li. Li explains that he probably got it when b-daballs went flying everywhere. *smack* *smack* *smack* "Ow! A really round marble thing gave me a scratch when it has absolutely no sharp edges at all! OMGZ!" So, Wen takes out a nifty blue cloth that is the same shade as his clothing and ties it around the wound.

SUDDENLY THERE IS A RANDOM FLASHBACK!!!
It shows the two training really, really, really hard under Ababa. And he says anybody who loses is worthless to him, but if Wen and Li b-dabattle each other and one lsoes, how does that come into count? So they train really hard and fall down and gasp for breathw hile people scream at them to continue training or not survive. Then Wen comments tha tnow b-dabattling is fun and he'd think he'd want to play 50x more harder than at the Shadow Alliance...

They sit on a rock and peer at the fluffy clouds in the sky, having a good "classic" time together that is rarely ever put on camera because this stuff happens when we're focusing on Yamato. Anyway, they laugh and then Li says he'll go report what has happened to evil Armada...I mean good Armada. While Wen will watch the others and keep them safe until the big cannibalistic feast. (Yes, I am rather having fun at this)

Li goes hopping away while the sun is setting. Dusk creeps in and suddenly Li bumps into ENJYU! Dadada! Li holds King Rekuso and points it at Enjyu who has Blazing Kahn, but Enjyu puts it down and mutters this phrase, "I need your help..."

Skipping that whole scene, we go back to Wen who wonders where Li went. He thinks Yamato and the others are fine at this time. And goes to find Li, he finds Li finally, and asks why he's wandering around like nobody's business. Enjyu walks out, and Wen growls and points King Bakuso at Enjyu. Li, though, says he's got a new friend, who's changed now. Li then announces that he has rejoined the Neo-Shadow Alliance, much to Wen's surprise. Wen asks why, because they promised they'd stick with Yamato (DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY TIMES THEY MENTIONED YAMATO WHO DIDN'T DO ANYTHING THIS EPISODE?!) together as the Yong Fa brothers! Li doesn't answer, but Wen orders him to answer. It now flashes back to what happened between him and Enjyu.

Enjyu tells Li he needs his help. He's pretending to have gone back to Marda-B's side so he can destroy the Neo-Shadow from the inside, but he hasn't gotten Marda-B's trust back. He needed to do something so Marda-B would trust in order for his agenda to work. So he asks Li. Enjyu explains that YAMATO has helped him come back to see the light of what b-dabattles once was, and now the only way to repay that deed is to destroy Marda-B, since he believes Yamato can't defeat such power. Li does, but Enjyu jumps to Li and goes on one knee, BEGGING. Li looks at him and goes, "This is not like Enjyu being all sissy-like! HE MUST BE SERIOUS!!! I guess I ssall believe him because my role in this Anime isn't so great, so I'll go ahead and sacrifice myself later in this episode! Then my brother gets spotlight, and we all get happy, YAY!"

SO it goes back to Wen and Li being "rawr rawr" at each other for a pretty stupid and vain reason. Li tells Wen he would not understand, and tells him in order to show he's serious, they must bda-battle.

B-DAFIRE!!!!!! Bling! There went Mie's dishes...(it's a sign to Mie meaning something TERRIBLE has happened, OH NOES!)

Bam! Boom! Ding! *random tree falls down* Wen thinks back as of what Yamato has done for him and his brother, and he just can't believe that Li would do this! Suddenly a tree almost falls on him, and Li says that the enemy is reckless, and in order to fight back, you gotta be reckless as well! So that enrages Wen, and he shows how reckless he can be! he charges up King Bakuso and himself, and goes, "AHH! LI!!!!!!!" And KABOOM!!! THEY DIDN'T CUT IT OUT! Li falls down. Wen says that (enter flashback of brotherhood memories here) they have never been so close as now. And it just saddens him how Li can just do this. He says that Li completes him, like two hens in a hole (Yeah, that quote was stupid, I know), and because Li completes him, it's so hard for him to  b-dabattle his own brother.

"You are a very kind person brother..."

Wen looks up, "What?"

"A very kind person, but also quite foolish!" You hear a b-daball shoot out from King Rekuso, but it doesn't show it (It goes up to the sky) It seems as though Li shot his brother, and Wen falls on his knees as he drops King Bakuso, clutching his shoulder in some form of pain. Li says that (well, I forgot most of this quote, lol, here's the ending of this quote!) he says something about being weak or something, and rips the blue bandage Wen gave him clean off his arm and throws it in the air right when he says, "I don't WANT it!!!" (VERY dramatically), and then goes I am a warrior, and I went WTF, but yeah, lol.

He turns around and says, "See you later, brother" And walks off with Enjyu.

The blue bandage falls in front of Wen, who mutters to himself, "How can I go on without the other half of my spirit?" He closes his eyes and cries. (And Wen's VA isn't very good at crying, lol)

SCENE CHANGE!!!!

It goes to Yamato, Gray, Bull, and Terry leaving Tsubakura City, Terry bows to his home and says goodbye to his parents spirtually. Joe goes ahead to track Marda-B down. It then changes to night on where Armada, Mie, and Liena are. Wen is really really upset and is shooting b-daballs like crazy at some rock. The others are still confused as to why Li would do this. The scene changes to  the Neo-Shadow headquarters, where Marda-B is proud that Enjyu has done something, and now trusts Enjyu, but Cain says they should take precaution, as the Yong-Fa bond is extremely close, so they should brainwash Li, which shocks Enjyu, he don't want little Li to get another eye, lol, but Li knows what he has to do and sacrifices his own might and mind for Enjyu to go on and defeat Marda-B. And so they zap Li and he goes crazy evil. Biarce comes out with a crazy evil b-daman.

Woo. The end of the episode!!! Dadadadaaaa!

The rating will be different than the usual, now I'm going to rip it off from somewhere.
Ahem...

There were many great scenes, but as for the cutest one (other than Li is the most adorable thing on this planet...) was when Wen was bandaging up Li. =D He was like: "No, it's only a scratch" and the other guy was like, "Don't be silly!" *wraps it up* Awww, ^__^ I love brothers in Anime..

Ok, I must admit, there was barely any humour in this episode. And when Yamato went, "I thought you said they were invincible, not invisible" didn't make me laugh. So I chose this scene, when Enjyu was begging. If Li wants to blackmail him, he sure needs this picture! I know it was supposed to be serious, buuuut...

Yeah, when Terry used his special attack plus more was cool, but I'm giving this to Wen just because his attack was BLUE AND SO MUCH COOLER. You can barely see his pupils! The attack killed a bunch of land and hit people (Ok, just Li) instead of a b-daman. That's what Spot likes, yep.

I don't REALLY have a picture of it, because the image source doesn't take pictures of the b-damage, but that was pretty stupid. She cries for Cobalt Blade, something that broke and was overly dramatic and sickening episode, and Yamato's screaming as if his mother was dead. (And it becomes something much stronger after) Now, today we see two very close things break apart, it's like sharing a piece of chocolate bar for your brother but you didn't want to SHARE!! And no, she doesn't CARE about it, she only cares about the B-DAMAN OF DOOM. Oh my god, I hate the b-damage.

(SPOILERS)
Wen crying was sad. Wen whining was sad. Wen asking himself why and why and why was sad. But the winner? Li. Not only because I'm biased, but this one is truly more sad just because of what had happened. You got to change sides for no reason to help this dude who's done terrible things to you, and you have to tear apart from the closest thing to you to do it, and then sacrifice yourself to rid of Marda-B, and for what? In love of all vain! it's not only sad, it was pointless! Enjyu failed, and then all Li did was help Marda-B! It's just sad!

So, here are a few ratings:
Plot: 10/10
Character: 10/10
Voice Acting: 8.5/10 (Li was wonderful at points, Wen was too, but Wen can't cry and Li can't scream in pain.)
Dubbing: 9/10
Slash-ness: 10/10 (Can I say Enjyu?)

The End.
