Today I went to the mall.
With my best friend. (And we bumped into other friends, lol)
We headed into the bigger, Americaner mall, and inside we toured around
looking at the close that we either, "Ooh", "Aaah", "Ugh", "Eww", "AHH!
SKIMPY!" at. Anyway, we ended up at Toys R Us...(Don't ask, xD) And
inside, my friend found a good birthday present for her sister, "Magic:
The Gathering" cards. She used a lot of her money for i, and elft 20
bucks for me to spend for my extremely late birthday present. I walked
up to the B-Daman section and there was a WALL FULL OF REKUSOS?!?!
Either they had an enormous stock of a red dragon, or nobody likes
it, =( (And it's not a bad b-daman, I, obviously, took it. (The DHB
version, there were 3 of them, but 500 normal Rekuso ones), on the
bottom rack was the already fully assembled B-Damans that you could
buy, I was wondering if I should've gotten those or the DHB.
I chose DHB.
I chose wrong.
So, I got Rekuso for my birthday, and when I got home, I took it out,
and like a billion pieces fell out, I had to build it. It was far more
complicated than a Beyblade, -_-. I stubbed my thumb, scratched my
fingers, and whipped my palms trying to build it...suddenly, the
bda-ball shooting hold thing was loose.
GET TIGHT! I yelled.
It refused, and it must've been stubborn because I finished it, and had to stick toothpicks on it so it would stay.
I shot a bda-ball out. PSHEWWW!! Went the marble.
...PSHEWWW!! Went the shooting hold thing.
The toothpicks snapped and the bda-ball hold thing flew right off, not
the mention the foot-piece and the shoulder piece keep falling off! The
stickers don't stay on, and it was just a complete mess.
I feel like Calvin and his plane model...
So I put it on top of my TV, with my dusty Yu-Gi-Oh cards, my Lobomon and Tiger action figure, and a couple of beyblades.
If you want a b-daman, and it's your first one, I suggest a fully
assembled one, or it'll take ages to build it, or some really annoying
stubborn parts. At least that was my encounter with it, stupid Rekuso
can't shoot without a lot of toothpicks.
But it's a GOOD B-daman nonetheless, hit the target pin on my second
shot! The other 3 shots went really wide because the shooting holder
thing twisted into a weird angle.
Tomorrow is episode 44 of B-Daman, and I can't do a special review of
it ebcause I can't get episode 44 pictures. Nevertheless, it's a
somewhat good episode, except it's about Yamato and Yamato episodes are
boring to me, even if he does get encased in rock...
Blah.
